Call for Roster
CALL FOR ROSTER
Young Advocates who are willing to work as activists in the field of children are invited to be listed in the Roster!
Legal Literacy - Nepal, an organization active in the field of child rights and juvenile justice, has its office in Tokha Municipality, Kathmandu. This call for roster has been issued with the aim of expanding its network to all 77 districts of Nepal and engaging young lawyers in legal literacy campaigns on child rights and juvenile justice. Advocates who are willing to join this campaign and work as pro bono lawyers in their respective districts are invited to be listed in the roster by sending the following documents:
Required documents:
1. Letter of intent,
2. Nepali citizenship's photo.
3. Advocate License's photo.

Membership Benefits:
Advocates who are selected will be given the opportunity to participate in various orientation trainings, capacity building training, Training for Trainers, opportunities to coordinate or participate in the programs, research and other social service activities organized by the Legal Literacy - Nepal, to represent the organization in the programs and training organized by other organizations, opportunities to connect with provincial and federal networks, represent cases before the court on behalf of the organization, lobby meetings with authorities concerned etc.
Note: Special preference will be given to the young lawyers from Dalit, Janajati and backward communities who have just entered into the legal profession.
