Legal Literacy Nepal (LLN) invites sealed quotations from qualified and experienced printing service providers for the design and printing of school copies to be distributed to needy students in community schools of Tokha Municipality.
Requirement Overview
- Total Quantity: 3000 copies
- Types: Small size (Grade 1–5) and Regular size (Grade 6–10)
Specifications
- Size: A5 (small), A4 (regular)
- Paper: 70–80 GSM white, smooth finish
- Pages: Minimum 80 pages
- Cover: Multi-color, child-friendly design with LLN branding and child rights messages (250–300 GSM art card)
- Binding: Strong (center stitch/perfect binding)
- Plastic Cover: Transparent, good quality (mandatory)
Estimated Cost: Approx. NPR 100 per copy (inclusive of design, printing, plastic cover)
Delivery Location: Kathmandu / Tokha Municipality within 20–25 days of agreement.
Eligibility & Submission: Company documents including PAN/VAT registration.
Quotation must include: Cost per copy (with breakdown), Design cost (if separate), Total cost (including taxes), Delivery timeline
